Guest Payment Details
Complete after transferDetails Received
Thank you — we’ve received your details and will confirm your booking shortly.
- Our team checks your transfer against incoming bank records — this usually takes 1–2 business days once funds arrive.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your payment is matched to your booking.
- If anything doesn’t match (e.g. amount or reference), we’ll reach out to the email address you provided.
How to Complete Your Transfer
View the step-by-step transfer process
Log in to your online banking (web or app), or visit a branch in person.
Select “International Wire Transfer” / “SWIFT Transfer” / “Send Money Abroad” — the exact wording depends on your bank.
Enter the beneficiary information exactly as shown in the account details we emailed you.
Choose the settlement currency that matches the funds you are sending: USD (US Dollar account) or EUR (Euro account). Please do not mix accounts.
For Purpose of Payment, enter: Travel / Tour Booking Service Fee.
In the Reference / Remittance Information field, enter your full name.
Review the transfer fee. Your bank and any intermediary banks may deduct a charge (typically USD 15–50). If available, select the “OUR” fee option so the full amount reaches us without deduction.
Submit the transfer, then save or download your confirmation receipt.
Locate the transaction reference on your receipt — usually labeled “Reference”, “UETR”, “Transaction ID”, or “Sender’s Reference”. You’ll need this for the confirmation form above (optional if you can’t find one).
Sending via Wise or Revolut? The steps above apply in the same way — just look out for the equivalent field names used in each app, listed for you in Section 3.
Fees & Timing
Sender’s Bank Fee
Typically USD 15–50, deducted at source unless the “OUR” fee option is selected.
Intermediary Bank Fee
USD 0–30, may be deducted en route — the received amount can be slightly less than sent.
Typical Arrival
1–3 business days; longer if intermediary banks or compliance review are involved.
Keep Your Receipt
Hold on to it until funds are confirmed received, in case tracing is needed.
